Get a key: POST /register (JSON body optional {"label":"..."}) -> {"api_key":"mpk_..."}; send as Authorization: Bearer.
Scopes: read (search_jobs, browse_jobs, get_job), apply (submit_application, get_application, withdraw_application).
Limits: 200 tool calls/day per key.
Privacy: applications need consent=true, are stored privately per key for 30 days, are deletable with withdraw_application, and are never sent to employers or shown publicly.
tools/list is open; tools/call needs a key.
